School Trip to Tallinn 2026

The school year is coming to an end, and we decided to finish it in style. We packed our backpacks and headed off on an educational trip to our Estonian neighbours in Tallinn — the capital of Estonia, rich in history, medieval architecture and countless surprises!

Day 1 — synagogue, illusions and our first overnight stay
On the first day we visited the Tallinn Synagogue, where we were warmly welcomed with gifts, games and a tour of the building. Rabbi Kot told the children about Jewish values and the history of the synagogue in a friendly and warm atmosphere — an experience that left a lasting impression on each of us.

Our team then headed to the Museum of Illusions in Tallinn — a place where your eyes simply refuse to believe what they see. The children were amazed, and so were the teachers!

The evening was filled with games, reading and a little healthy chaos — as any proper first school sleepover should be.

Day 2 — old town, zoo and a picnic
The second day began with a guided tour of Tallinn's Old Town: narrow streets, medieval towers and stories that remember centuries. Tallinn's Old Town, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is one of the best-preserved medieval cities in Europe — and we saw it with our own eyes.

We wrapped up the day with a visit to the zoo and a picnic in the fresh air — the perfect ending to two unforgettable days.

Tallinn, it was truly unforgettable. Thank you! We'll be back!
